The national championship game kicked off last Monday night between the Clemson Tigers and the Alabama Crimson Tide. These top-ranked teams clashed for the first time this year in what was a game for the history books.
And this championship was extra special for us here at Carnegie too. We have the honor of working with both the University of Alabama and Clemson University to help them capitalize on the exposure and brand-building benefits that come with their success. From social media to search engine marketing, these schools have customized digital marketing campaigns in place executed by Carnegie to meet their individual and unique goals.
What’s even more exciting is how different each of these campaigns is in meeting the needs of two very distinct institutions! One is focused on a national branding effort; the other, on a targeted regional campaign. Both have goals and strategies specific to the schools, and the campaigns look nothing alike.
’Bama shirts and Tiger orange made our office especially lively on Monday—not to mention the serious smack talk that was happening. And we all wished we could be tailgating in Glendale!
