School Listing/General Data
The data displayed on a school listing on CollegeXpress is imported directly from IPEDS data collection. This data is automatically updated when updated data is made available. This data can be edited by CollegeXpress staff but will be overwritten by IPEDS survey data in the future release.
If you wish to make changes to your data, you may submit those changes to us using this form or by emailing manuscript@carnegiehighered.com.

Asset Specs
The profile is broken up into a few sections.
- Main Copy. 250-300 words giving a general overview of your institution. We recommend that you speak to whichever student demographic you are targeting, therefore, if you’re targeting multiple audience segments, we suggest submitting slightly different copy tailored to each.
- Accolades. 3-5 third-party accolades your institution has received. 25 word max per accolade. (Example: Ranked #5 in Regional Universities South Category | U.S. News & World Report, 2025)
- Featured Section. 100 words to be placed in a sidebar. This should highlight some platform-specific assistance or programs, or something relevant you’d like to draw attention to.
- Student Testimonials. 1-4 student quotes of 40 words maximum each. (Example: My time at CollegeXpress University has proved invaluable to my growth as a professional and a human! I found an amazing job right after graduation and feel well prepared for my new career. — Bradley Mattshaw, ’23) Headshot will be used if submitted.
- YouTube Video. 1 video of your choice (about your institution) to be embedded in your profile. You may have a different video on each audience segment profile.
- Images and Logos. Images should be in TIFF or JPEG format. Recommended number of images, and sizes in pixels:
- 1 school logo for all pages: 300×300 (transparent background)
- 1 header image for school overview: 1900×450
- 1 header image for each specific edition: 1230×470
- (Up to) 6 images associated to edition: HD (1920×1080 minimum)
- Accolades icon/badge: 300×300
- 1 small avatar version of school logo
- Official school colors (if desired)
Images will be cropped and sized in-house, so you do not need to submit them perfectly to the specs above. Just use as minimums.

If sharing via Dropbox or Google Drive, please remember to share with manuscript@carnegiehighered.com specifically. When possible, please label all files and emails clearly with your institution’s name and the edition for which you are submitting materials.

- Featured Section. 100-200 words to be placed in a sidebar. This should highlight some grad programs, or anything relevant you’d like to draw attention to.
- Grad School Survey. The information submitted in this survey will be used for your online profile and lead delivery preferences. The sooner your profile is complete, the sooner we will get your programs featured online and start generating leads.
- Images and Logos. Images should be in TIFF or JPEG format. Recommended number of images, and sizes in pixels:
- 1 school logo : 300×300 (transparent background)
- 1 banner image: 1900×450
- 1 header image for above the main copy: 1230×470
- 1 additional image : 310×220
