As Chief Strategy Officer, Shankar Prasad leads enterprise wide strategy for Carnegie and directly oversees the Enrollment and Student Success/Advisory tentpoles. Shankar has more than 15 years of higher education experience, serving as dean and deputy provost at Brown University most recently. At Brown, Shankar's broad portfolio included online education, marketing, enrollment & recruitment, student success, global engagement, and new program launches. He is deeply passionate about educational accessibility. Shankar began his career in finance and entrepreneurship.

Emma guides national partnerships to build higher education leadership benches for the future, supporting and developing presidents and senior-level leaders across the sector. She is an advocate for empowering women and gender-diverse leaders and for changing the prevailing narratives about higher education by inspiring innovation.

Marjorie Hass is a philosopher, leader, award-winning teacher, mentor, and author. Her career at independent colleges has encompassed a wide range of roles—professor, provost, and president. She served as the president of Rhodes College and Austin College, and was a philosophy professor and provost at Muhlenberg College.

Charles L. Welch is an experienced higher education leader. In his career, he has held a number of leadership roles on a variety of campuses from community colleges to large publics. He was most recently the president of the Arkansas State University System. He has also served and continues to serve on a number of boards in higher ed and beyond.
