    Mary Pascarella is the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at Sam Houston State University in the Office of Admissions. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Kansas and a certificate of Project Management from The University of Texas Center for Professional Education. She has worked in higher education for the last sixteen years. Mary began her career as a software instructor and technical writer. She later started a consulting business working on various ERP implementation projects within the government sector. Mary has completed numerous software implementation projects since starting at SHSU and, most recently, was part of the inaugural class for the NAGAP Leadership Academy and is currently serving as the Chair of the Education Committee.

    Brian Desrosiers-Tam is the Assistant Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto, where he spearheads graduate enrollment management to further the institution's mission. He directs the strategic planning and business administration of a diverse portfolio of student initiatives, programs, and services within the School of Graduate Studies. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Carleton University. His professional experience includes roles as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Education and Director and Associate Registrar of Graduate Studies at OCAD University. An active member of NAGAP, the international association for graduate enrollment management, Brian stays deeply engaged with current trends and challenges in graduate education. He is passionate about driving transformative change to enhance the graduate student experience, using data and analytics to inform policy decisions and implement meaningful improvements.
